AVE Chimera is being developed as the North American platform for the industrialization and commercialization of XYLIUM and related specialty-material technologies originating from AVE SAS in France.
The objective is to build a U.S.-based specialty-materials operation combining advanced composites, functional inks and related quantum-grafted materials.
Technology transfer, production capability, customer qualification, commercialization and future product-line expansion.

Mireille Devos brings international management, investment and corporate-development experience to the North American operation. She formerly served as CEO of the company that housed Philippe Guillot's earlier discoveries and now leads the U.S. industrialization and commercialization initiative. The investor materials also identify her as a major financial contributor to the launch of the U.S. company.

Philippe Guillot leads the scientific development of AVE's specialty chemistry, polymers and quantum-grafting technologies. The company materials describe him as the research director and majority shareholder behind the initiative to establish the Sarasota production and marketing operation, building on decades of research and earlier commercial applications developed through AIMCO/AIC and AVE SAS.

Edward Ryal contributes an engineering and entrepreneurial background to AVE Chimera's commercial development. His role supports coordination between technical capabilities, business opportunities and the broader AVE organization as the North American platform moves from research and technology transfer toward customer qualification and industrial commercialization.

David Hurwitz brings more than 50 years of experience in specialty chemicals, resins, composites and the materials industry. His industry perspective supports AVE Chimera in evaluating applications, commercialization priorities and market requirements as XYLIUM and the company's complementary specialty-material technologies move toward broader industrial adoption.

Nicolas Gilles supports technical knowledge transfer, operator training and implementation. His responsibilities are aligned with the practical transfer of AVE know-how to the North American operation, including production preparation, technical training and the operational support needed to reproduce the technology reliably as manufacturing capability is established.

Tom Spierckel supports digital communications, online relations and operational coordination. His work helps connect the company's technical and commercial activities with customers, partners and other stakeholders through AVE Chimera's digital presence and online communications as the North American organization develops.
